Pika is built around a small capture head with onboard controls, Wi-Fi 6 and swappable batteries, but it still borrows processing power from a phone or computer. That makes it more portable than a conventional tethered scanner without making it a true all-in-one device.

Capture is only half the workflow

CrealityScan handles capture, fusion, meshing and standard STL, OBJ, PLY and ASC export. The unusually high recommended PC and phone requirements deserve attention before purchase.

Mesh export is not the same as editable CAD. Reverse-engineering projects may still require surface reconstruction, dimensional constraints and verification in separate software.
