This policy explains the information Best3DScanner may collect and how it is used.

Information you provide

When you request buying help, we may receive your name, email, country, company, application, budget and message. We use this information to respond and manage the inquiry.

Analytics and technical data

Google Analytics remains disabled unless you choose “Allow analytics.” If allowed, Google Analytics uses browser identifiers and cookies to distinguish visits and sessions, alongside device, page-view, referral, outbound product-click and inquiry-conversion information. This is not a promise of fully anonymous browsing. We deny advertising storage and personalization signals, and do not send names, email addresses or inquiry text as analytics properties.

Your choice is stored in local browser storage under best3dscanner_analytics_consent_v1. You can reopen Privacy choices in the footer and withdraw permission. Owner and test browsers can be marked locally under best3dscanner_internal_traffic_v1 so the analytics script never loads there. GA4 property-level internal traffic filters must also be active before traffic is used as commercial evidence.

Service providers

The site is hosted on Vercel. Inquiry submissions are processed by the site and sent through Resend to the configured site mailbox. Google processes analytics data when you allow analytics. Your email application and email provider also process a message if you use the email fallback. Do not include passwords, payment details or confidential scan files in a buying inquiry.

Embedded video

YouTube videos use the privacy-enhanced youtube-nocookie.com embed domain. Loading an embedded player contacts YouTube even before you press Play. Playing or interacting with it may send additional technical data under Google or YouTube policies. The analytics choice on this site does not disable embedded YouTube players.

Affiliate links

External merchants and affiliate networks may set their own cookies or record a referral after you click a price link. Their privacy policies govern that processing.

Retention and sharing

We keep inquiry data only as long as needed for the request and legitimate business records. We do not sell personal information. Service providers may process data only to operate the site or deliver communications.
