This policy explains the information Best3DScanner may collect and how it is used.

Information you provide

When you request buying help, we may receive your name, email, country, company, application, budget and message. We use this information to respond and manage the inquiry.

Analytics and technical data

Google Analytics remains disabled unless you choose “Allow analytics.” If allowed, the site may collect device, page-view, referral, outbound product-click and inquiry-conversion information. We deny advertising storage and personalization signals, and do not send names, email addresses or inquiry text as analytics properties.

Your choice is stored in local browser storage under best3dscanner_analytics_consent_v1. You can reopen Privacy choices in the footer and withdraw permission. Owner and test browsers can be marked locally under best3dscanner_internal_traffic_v1 so the analytics script never loads there. GA4 property-level internal traffic filters must also be active before traffic is used as commercial evidence.

Embedded video

YouTube videos use the privacy-enhanced youtube-nocookie.com embed domain. Playing or interacting with an embedded video may still send technical data to Google or YouTube under their policies.

Affiliate links

External merchants and affiliate networks may set their own cookies or record a referral after you click a price link. Their privacy policies govern that processing.

Retention and sharing

We keep inquiry data only as long as needed for the request and legitimate business records. We do not sell personal information. Service providers may process data only to operate the site or deliver communications.
