Complete the workflow in order

    Calibrate before comparing results

    Complete the board sequence shown from 3:16 and save the result before changing objects, devices or scan modes

  2. 02

    Begin with one controlled laser pass

    Use a small rigid part, stable markers and an even capture path so a first result can reveal tracking or setup problems

  3. 03

    Check repeatability and scale separately

    Repeat a short scan without changing the setup, compare common geometry and then measure a known feature in the exported model

  4. 04

    Use NIR when the object supports feature tracking

    Switch to NIR for markerless or textured capture only when the surface and geometry provide enough stable information

  5. 05

    Plan global markers for thin shells

    Build a rigid marker field around sheet-like or automotive parts so front and rear passes share a stable reference

  6. 06

    Recheck performance on the mobile device

    Confirm connection, frame rate, device temperature and available storage instead of assuming the PC result transfers unchanged to a phone
